Shipping & Return Policy

Processing time

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be ready to ship. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Each item is hand-made and may require longer time to complete and ship. For details, see individual items.

Express Shipping

Please note that all orders are shipped after the processing time needed to complete your order. Orders shipping two and three day priority must consider the 3-5 business day processing time.

Specifically, an order placed on Monday with priority shipping of 2-3 day delivery will be processed between 3-5 business days. Consequently, the earliest time the order would ship would be Thursday.

Order Cancellations

Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations after 24 hours may be considered but only if the order has not shipped. If the order has already shipped the buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of order delivery/acceptance. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost and returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery/acceptance. All refunds and exchanges are processed after the return order has been received in good condition.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment Options

Shopify keeps your payment information secure. Shopify shops never receive your credit card information.
